bri4d's Platform is operated under an international online gambling license and is accessible globally, including to players based in Indonesia. Indonesian players represent the primary user base of the Platform, and bri4d takes particular care to ensure that the data of Indonesian players — including those using local payment methods such as BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay — is handled with the highest standards of protection.

As a user of the bri4d Platform, you hold the following rights with respect to your Personal Data. bri4d will respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 days of receipt:

We will verify your identity before processing any request. There is no charge for exercising your data rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.

The bri4d Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. bri4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process, and access to real-money gambling features is restricted until age verification is satisfactorily completed.

If bri4d becomes aware — through the KYC process, customer support interactions, or any other means — that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete all associated Personal Data, and refund any real-money Balance to the payment method used for deposit, subject to our standard verification procedures.
